Location:  Ink & Art, St Maarten Local time:  Monday, 6:15pm Music:   Okay, so the Visa is cancelled, and I have US$120 to get me through. Owed for today's work plus getting paid to go sailing with the boat (the 65' racing Swan) to St Barts tomorrow (very French island about 2-3hrs sail away). Bummer huh. Gotta find a place to crash tonight though - gotta get out of Lagoonies. Maritza (local girl) kindly offered me her apartment coz she was flying outa here, but I missed seeing her at the airport dammit. I'm sure I can sort something out though. Might be able to move onto Beaugeste tomorrow. Did a watch there last night, from 4pm till about 11. Paid US$75 to sit there and watche DVDs and eat heaps, then they all came back drunk and there I was with a guitar so they wanted a big ol' singalong, so a great intro to the crew. Yesterday was International Thong Day, so Lady C (the floating bar) went out and did a cruise of the lagoon, with paddling pools and chicks in thongs on board (supposedly - I had to work though so couldn't go dammit).
